Kathy Calhoun - Business Support Liaison Kathy has been a member of the 4-C staff for sixteen years. Her primary responsibilities involve working with existing businesses throughout the 4-C region in addressing their expansion and retention opportunities and challenges. For the past six years she has also served as 4-C's Loan Fund Manager. Kathy is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and a Certified Community Developer. |

Beth Epperson - Administrative Assistant Beth has been a member of the 4-C EDA staff for five years. The knowledge she gained having previously worked as a legal secretary and loan servicing agent is used as she provides servicing for the 4-C Revolving Loan Fund Program and packaging for the 4-C Micro Loan Fund Program. Beth holds an Associate of Science Degree in Medical Secretarial Studies from West Virginia Institute of Technology. |
